Do I (as a superintendent or district leader) have to contact Kiddom to pull data or is this something always available to me?
You have a district-level dashboard always available to you where you can track summative assessments across your schools and dive deep into classroom performance as well. You can do this with formatives too, but after a few days and good teacher usage, this data will get too busy. A dedicated Kiddom customer success manager is also always available to pull additional data for you. In fact, they will do this for you without you asking them for it, since we also have a data science team devising new views to forecast student performance.
5
Can the daily tasks and formative assessments be done online? What about mid and end-of-unit assessments?
Yes - everything can be done online, and we recommend all mid-unit and end-of-unit assessments be done online. Teachers can safely rely on AI-enabled auto-scoring and auto-feedback. All AI-generated scores and feedback must be approved by the teacher. The teacher remains firmly in control of the classroom, without the amount of effort expected to stay on top of grading all of the formative assessments embedded in both EL Education and IM® v.360.

Finally, the Lesson Clipper tool optimized lessons for efficient time management within the constraints of the school day, ensuring all essential learning objectives were covered.
Kiddom streamlined the educator’s workflow by centralizing all EL curriculum materials in a single, easily accessible platform. Kiddom facilitated differentiated instruction by supporting the diverse learning needs of ELL students and exceptional learners. Furthermore, the platform empowered data-driven decision-making by enabling the educator to analyze student data, monitor curriculum implementation, and identify areas for improvement. Keeping Data Safe and Secure
Your school owns all student data, and Kiddom protects it with strict safeguards. We separate personally identifiable information (PII) from all learning activities. PII is never used to train Kiddom Learning Intelligence Technology (LIT) systems. Instead, students are assigned anonymous IDs, and only anonymized curriculum and performance data are used to power insights and support learning. LIT is designed to help teachers, not to collect or share personal data. Any reports containing PII stay completely separate from LIT features. Our commitment is simple: protect student privacy and use data only to support teaching and learning.
